What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and smooth shifts
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Oversee opening, closing, cash handling, safety, and operational standards
• Partner with the GM on inventory, food costs, and restaurant performance
• Step in confidently as Manager-on-Duty when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management or shift leadership experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and developing people
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Required food safety certification
