Retail store managers build and lead Associate teams who are passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. Take the next step in your retail management career at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, one of the Top 10 fastest growing US retailers!Primary Responsibilities include:Providing financial oversight of all sales and profit goalsDemonstrating Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" behaviorsExecuting on company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processesBeing a "talent grower" who provides coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associatesMaintaining proper security of the store location and all company assetsQualifications include:High School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailerSchedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basisMust have a valid Driver's licensePhysical Requirements include:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to push and pull up to 35 poundsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a safe mannerOllie's is an equal opportunity employer.
