  • The assignment involves travel within a roughly 60-mile radius, with minimal drive time per day.
  • The position requires a total of 40 hours per week, with no float between units.
  • Shift is days, and candidates must have their own transportation to visit up to six patients daily.
  • Candidate must have current skills in admission assessment, wound care, medication management, and Oasis experience.
