You will be responsible for conducting regular performance evaluations, facilitating staff training, and ensuring that treatment plans align with client goals and the organization's mission.You will also collaborate with other departments and community organizations to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities for program improvement. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in maintaining a cohesive and effective team dedicated to supporting our clients' mental health needs.
