Registered Nurse
Caretenders Home Health, a part of LHC Group, a leading post-acute care partner for hospitals, physicians and families nationwide. In the Patient Care Manager RN Hybrid role, you supervise and coordinate clinical services and provide nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, complete OASIS assessments, and ensure ongoing insurance approvals while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Registered Nurse
