Marketing Technology Specialist

Actively seeking a Legal Marketing Technology Specialist for a Full-Time & Hybrid Role. The position is best for a candidate who has 3+ years of progressive Marketing & Digital Technology Support experience, preferably within a Law Firm, utilizing software like ON24, Vuture, and Interaction. Candidates with experience in the previous software who have worked in Professional Services are also encouraged to apply. Location: Candidate can be located in any of the following cities: Washington, DC; Boston; New York City Metro. This is NOT a remote role, so you must live in one of the cities above to be considered. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST Schedule | Location: HYBRID | New York, NY Salary: $80 - $115K (Based on Experience & Location) + Discretionary Bonus Ideal Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or information technology, preferably within a professional services environment Ability to work with and guide/educate lawyers and staff in the development of marketing technologies Strong presentation and organizational skills Experience with the following software: Vuture, ON24, Interaction (CRM), Foundation is HIGHLY PREFERRED Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is REQUIRED Role Responsibilities Oversee the technology setup and execution of webinars and virtual meetings to provide quality control Identify and address technical errors or inconsistencies with digital meetings and webinars Assess current processes and technology related to webinars and virtual meetings to streamline and refine roles and improve the finished product Assist in the creation and dissemination of thought leadership Master and support internal and external marketing technology platforms Oversee the Clients & Markets coordinator's workloads by utilizing internal tracking technology Make capacity-driven decisions to assign work while monitoring timelines Provide status reports to department leadership and help foster a proactive culture Help manage relationships with marketing technology vendors to implement and remain up-to-date on features, functionality, upgrades, and updates Maintain all department email distribution lists by ensuring timely updates for department arrivals and departures Benefits Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.
