THE WORK:

As a crucial member of the Connected Solution Business Group, your role as a Mid Market Lead Qualification Specialist transcends conventional sales. You will serve as the first point of contact, connecting mid‑market clients with transformative solutions powered by Accenture and grounded in industry‑leading Planning solutions from Kinaxis. You will be an advisor and catalyst for change, forging strong relationships with key decision‑makers to guide them on their journey to innovation. Identifying Opportunities: Actively seek businesses poised for growth through inbound leads, market insights, and strategic outreach, ensuring a perfect match for our services. Building Relationships: Connect with key leaders to initiate insightful conversations that reveal their business needs and aspirations. Prioritizing Leads: Analyze and manage a high volume of leads, focusing on those prospects where you can deliver the most impactful value. Communicating Value: Educate potential clients about the immense benefits of partnering with our Mid Market and Connected Solutions Business Group, and illuminate their path to future success with our innovative solutions. Driving Growth: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, collaborating closely with our Sales Executives and Engineers to streamline the client experience from start to finish.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

At least 3 years of experience in a B2B inside sales, lead generation, or sales development role, preferably involving technology solutions or cloud services. A minimum of 1 year of experience selling Kinaxis or similar Planning solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, o9, BlueYonder) and a strong passion for technology. 3 years of experience managing a high volume of leads and maintaining accurate CRM records. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with CRM software. A solid technical background or an aptitude for understanding cloud technologies.
