Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Eligibility for Texas state licensure or active license
• Prior experience in schools is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech-language therapy and diagnostic services to students
• Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across 1-2 school sites
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and participate in ARD meetings
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely documentation
