Outbound Sales Representative
- Location: Keller, TX 76248 (In-Office)
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hr + OT + performance bonuses
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you a high-energy communicator who loves the thrill of the win and supporting the next generation? We are seeking a dynamic Educational Sales Representative to be our "voice of excitement,"connecting schools with industry-leading educational products. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate engaging outbound calls to prospective schools to spark interest in our premier programs.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with school administrators, aligning product benefits with their educational goals.
- Close Deals: Efficiently manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and digital tools to research leads, log data, and organize accounts.
- Collaborate: Contribute to a high-energy team culture by sharing strategies and hitting goals together.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales (preferred).
- A vibrant, professional phone personality that builds instant trust.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills ( impeccable grammar is a must ).
- Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable with multi-line phones and CRMs ( Salesforce is a plus ).
- High School Diploma or GED; ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
