Patient Services Coordinator

Supporting the clinical authorization processes, the full-time Patient Services Coordinator will manage pre-authorization approvals, coordinate communication between members and providers, and perform general administrative tasks while working remotely in Virginia. Key responsibilities Coordinate pre-authorization processes for medications and services as requested by providers Support referral processes and maintain communication between members, primary care providers, and specialty providers Perform administrative functions such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing records Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required Experience working in healthcare is required Previous experience with pre-authorization and health plans is preferred Call center experience is preferred
