What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care across inpatient and outpatient settings for high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct advanced prenatal diagnostics, including ultrasound and genetic testing
• Perform a full scope of MFM procedures and reproductive health services
• Manage a high-acuity patient population within a facility supporting over 7,500 annual deliveries
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, and pediatric specialists
• Participate in outreach services supporting regional clinics in Everett and Issaquah
• Support postpartum care, including home call responsibilities with team backup
• Engage in teaching and mentorship with OB/GYN residents
• Contribute to clinical research with Pediatrix-sponsored trials and academic collaboration
• Maintain high standards of evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Apply or expand skills in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)

What You Need:

Required:

• Medical license in Washington State
• Board-certified or eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in MFM practice
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills in high-risk obstetrics

Preferred:

• Experience with fetal echocardiography and CVS
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
