Mobile Service Technician Location: Cartersville, GA Pay: $20.00/hour + Growth Opportunities Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Join Pugmire Ford of Cartersville Pugmire Ford of Cartersville is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to provide dealership-quality service at customer homes, workplaces, and fleet locations. This is a customer-facing position. You’ll work independently in the field while working directly with our Mobile Service Coordinator , who provides your daily route, scheduled appointments, and fleet service assignments. What You’ll Do Follow the daily route and appointments provided by the Mobile Service Coordinator Travel to customer and fleet locations in a dealership-provided Mobile Service Van Perform maintenance, light repairs, recalls, and scheduled fleet services Provide professional, friendly service while interacting directly with customers Communicate with the Mobile Service Coordinator regarding delays, customer concerns, or additional service needs Accurately complete repair orders and service documentation Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and parts for daily appointments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Mobile Service Van Complete required Ford training and stay current with service information What We’re Looking For Automotive or mechanical experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently Ability to follow a scheduled daily route and manage time effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Mechanical and diagnostic aptitude Comfortable using tablets and diagnostic equipment ASE/Ford certifications are a plus Why Pugmire Ford? $20.00/hour Monday–Friday schedule Full-time position with advancement opportunities Ford training and technician development Opportunity to grow within our Service Department 401(k) with matching Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and employee discounts We’re looking for someone who can represent Pugmire Ford professionally in the field, take care of our customers, follow the daily schedule, and deliver quality work.
