Business Services Representative The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors, participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room, and maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales Knowledge of shipping processes Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large Resort/Convention hotel High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of computer technology, software, word processing, fax and copy machines, manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines 21 years of age or older Additional Information Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
