Registrar Services Representative

Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Registrar Services Representative in the Registrar's Office. This individual will provide various student support services, records management and clerical support. The role serves as the primary contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding transcript evaluations for the Executive Programs. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. Summary of Duties Conduct transcript evaluations for executive and master's degree programs Evaluate transfer course credits and advise students regarding credits and degree requirements Provide assistance for student registrations and graduation preparation Track and maintain records for executive program students Process transcript requests, enrollment verifications, grade changes, and other various forms Assist with graduation ceremonies and other department events Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports; provide other clerical support Serve as receptionist by welcoming visitors and receiving and directing telephone calls Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Related experience in a registrar, admissions, or higher education office, preferred Active member of the church of Christ For initial application submit Resume Employment is conditional on a satisfactory background check and verification of work authorization through E-Verify.
