CNC Machinist

Location: Avon, OH

If you have experience with CNC mills, lathes, or waterjets and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and waterjets
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Produce quality parts according to specifications and process control plans
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and verify work before inspection
• Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
• Monitor machining operations and communicate concerns with Operations and Engineering teams
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Track and report scrap and production irregularities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize PPE

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
• Experience with manufacturing troubleshooting and machine operations
• bility to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
• Basic computer proficiency
• High School Diploma or GED required

Shift: 1st shift (Monday-Thursday 530 am to 4 pm)
Salary: $17 to $21 an hour based on experience
