Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support daily warehouse and production activities while ensuring accuracy, organization, and smooth workflow operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, structured processes, and contributing directly to the efficiency of the production line. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily production tasks to ensure schedules and quality standards are met.
• Organize materials, prepare equipment, and support workflow alignment throughout the production area.
• Monitor product movement and maintain accurate documentation across assigned tasks.
• Support inventory control, labeling, packaging, and preparation of outgoing materials.
• Work collaboratively with production leads to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Identify basic issues or delays and communicate promptly to supervisors.
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, compliant, and well-organized.
