About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Product and Commercial Analytics to play a pivotal role in driving the growth, profitability, and value of its online social casino platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evaluating key metrics such as LTV, ROAS, payback, retention, and cohort performance. This role is not about reporting; it's about transforming data into strategic commercial decisions that enhance the player experience and move the business forward. The Head of Product and Commercial Analytics will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for improvement, developing resource allocation frameworks, and partnering with various teams to evaluate the performance of games, features, and commercial initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Product and Commercial Analytics position at the company should be adept at analyzing a wide range of data, from acquisition quality to CRM effectiveness, and from player lifecycle performance to operational risk. The role requires the ability to forecast and support budgeting, as well as to build executive reporting and KPI governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, be able to establish a trusted source of truth, and improve visibility into key metrics within the first 12 months.
