Success in this role requires a relentless focus on customer outcomes, operational excellence, and the ability to balance technical expertise with consultative leadership as Guardian continues to expand its digital and API integration capabilities.You HaveRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience supporting HCM platforms, HR technology systems, benefits administration platforms, or related technologiesHands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, Workforce Management, or similar HCM platformsStrong knowledge of benefits administration, including plan design, eligibility rules, life events, and enrollment processesExperience supporting carrier integrations and API-enabled data exchangesUnderstanding of HCM business processes, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, payroll, and time management conceptsExperience evaluating business requirements, reviewing system configurations, and recommending scalable integration solutionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting API, EDI, and file-based integration modelsExperience working directly with large enterprise customers during software implementation or onboarding initiativesKnowledge of benefits administration and insurance industry technology ecosystemsExperience collaborating across Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success organizationsFamiliarity with agile product and technology environmentsYou WillPartner with Sales and Solutions teams to advise prospective customers on HCM integration capabilities, implementation approaches, and configuration best practicesGuide customers through implementation and onboarding activities, reviewing HCM configurations, business processes, and data requirements to ensure successful integrationsTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across customer HCM environments and Guardian systems while providing consultative support throughout implementation and ongoing operationsCollaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for standardization, process improvements, and enhanced integration capabilitiesLeverage customer insights and implementation experience to influence the evolution of Guardian's API ecosystem, onboarding processes, and partner connectivity strategyReporting RelationshipsAs our HCM Platform Specialist, you will report to the Digital leadership team within Guardian's Digital organization.LocationThe primary locations for this position are Boston, MA; New York, NY; Holmdel, NJ; and Bethlehem, PA. TravelUp to 10% travel may be required for customer meetings, internal collaboration, and business events.Salary Range:$82,770.00 - $135,975.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
