General Production Worker

General Production Worker- Pay up to $23.55/hr- IN.

Location: Morristown, IN

Pay: $23.55/hr

Shifts Available:

• 2nd- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, (Monday to Friday)

• 3rd- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, (Sunday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload molding tools during the production process.

• Inspect finished rubber products for defects.

• Count, sort, weigh, and package completed products.

• Monitor multiple production batches simultaneously.

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

• Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Ability to read and understand English.

• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.

• Good communication skills and reliable work history.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.

• Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks.

This contract to hire role is located 18 minutes Northwest of Rushville.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr.
