Position : AP Specialist

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

Assignment Type : Direct-hire

Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 / Per hour DOE

Benefits : This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO

We are working on an exciting Accounts Payable Specialist Job in OKC, OK! 

If you are looking for a solid accounting team to join and utilize your Accounts Payable skills, this position may be a great fit for you! 

Responsibilities: 

• Receive and enter invoices into database 
• 3-Way Matching 
• Purchase Order Reconciliation  
• Research and resolve inquiries for payment status 
• Process vendor reconciliations 
• Provide requested documentation for tax audits 
• Other duties as assigned by manager 

Qualifications: 

• Extensive, 3+ years, of accounts payable experience 
• OpenInvoice experience preferred
• Experience working within a large ERP system and Microsoft Excel
