Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care - Medical Telemetry, providing high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice. Delivering culturally sensitive, relationship-based care tailored to patient needs and involving patients and families in care planning. Ensuring safe, quality care through effective documentation, communication, and collaboration with healthcare team members. Supporting performance improvement, participating in research, and promoting evidence-based practices. Mentoring junior staff and maintaining professional development through ongoing education and competency assessments. Developing protocols, participating in quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 5 years RN experience with direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological proficiency. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and handle emergencies professionally.
