- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
About the Job:
- Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests.
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service.
- Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus!
