The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides essential administrative, operational, and client service support to one or more Financial Advisors, helping deliver a seamless and positive client experience. This role supports client accounts, coordinates meetings and events, assists with business planning and marketing activities, and ensures accurate documentation and efficient office operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and comfort with technology are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
- Be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients.
- Support client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Have an aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry.
- Include account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
- Have strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications, Minimum Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Life Agent Licensed and prior experience working with annuity and life products preferred.
Salary
- Salary: $65,000
- Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training
