Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA, supporting precision manufacturing within the aerospace and defense industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented machinist with hands-on CNC setup and operating experience who takes pride in producing high-quality parts to tight specifications.

The CNC Machinist will work in a structured manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Load materials, select tooling, monitor machine operations, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, identify process improvements, and support consistent production flow.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records while following safety procedures and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Valencia, CA.
- Compensation: $30 to $62,400 per hour.
