Assistant Office Manager

Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for an experienced bilingual Spanish Assistant Office Manager to help lead our team while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for a strong Treatment Coordinator who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in dental office operations, treatment planning, insurance and billing, and is confident supporting both the clinical and administrative teams.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon: 8-5 pm; Tue: 10-7 pm; Wed: 9-6 pm; Thu: 9-6 pm; Sat: 8-4 pm

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care and financial options.
• Coordinate insurance benefits, billing procedures, and payment arrangements.
• Ensure accurate case acceptance and follow up with patients regarding pending treatment.
• Support specialty services, including Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Pediatric Dentistry, by coordinating referrals, scheduling, and treatment planning.
• Assist with team coaching, scheduling, and maintaining efficient office workflows.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Dental office experience, with strong Treatment Coordinator experience required.
• Thorough understanding of dental insurance, billing, treatment planning, and financial arrangements.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and increasing case acceptance.
• Knowledge of specialty workflows, including Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Pediatric Dentistry.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental practice.
• Must be bilingual Spanish
• Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.

Compensation $23-$25/hour
