Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 03:30 PM - 12:30 AM Sun 03:30 PM - 12:30 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff at the front desk by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures. Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, checking identification when required, issuing visitor credentials, and directing people to the appropriate destination. Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services or site contacts when appropriate. Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines. Observe front desk activity and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
