Phoenix Mechanical partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform installation of residential HVAC, including Water heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers./liliInteract with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns./liliDevelop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork./liliEnsure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure./liliSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job./li/ulh3Job Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent required/liliOSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred/liliValid drivers license with an acceptable driving record/lili3+ years of HVAC experience/li/ulh3Competencies/h3ulliExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skills/liliExceptional customer service skills/liliTechnical knowledge/liliStrong organizational skills/liliAbility to work individually and as part of a team/liliCustomer focused/liliProblem-solving skills/li/ulh3What Can We Offer You?/h3ulliCompetitive High Base Salary/liliPaid Personal Days (PTO)/liliPaid Holidays/lili401k Plan/liliOn-the-job training/liliUniform allowance/li/ulpThe starting base range for this position is $35.00 to $45.00 an hour.
