Phoenix Mechanical partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliServices all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location./liliInteract with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns./liliDocuments legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis./liliBuilds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the companys image./liliFollows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles./liliApplies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate./li/ulh3Job Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliEPA Universal Certification preferred/liliValid drivers license / clean driving record/liliOSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred/liliAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds/lili2-5 years of HVAC Experience/li/ulh3Competencies:/h3ulliExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skills/liliExceptional customer service skills/liliTechnical knowledge/liliStrong organizational skills/liliAbility to work individually and as part of a team/liliCustomer focused/liliProblem-solving skills/li/ulh3What Can We Offer You?/h3ulliCompetitive High Base Salary/liliPaid Personal Days/liliPaid Holidays/lili401k Plan/liliOn-the-job training/li/ulpThe starting hourly base wage for this position is $35-$45.
