We are seeking a full‑time cleaner to perform routine cleaning on its common areas, grounds, and vacated units (turnovers). The ideal candidate will work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. Job Responsibilities Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule. Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments. Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations. Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers. Hours and Schedule Full‑time set scheduled position. Unit turnovers may result in some overtime or additional hours as needed (demand will generally be near month end). 5 days per week expected.
