Take the next step in building your career as a Commercial Account Manager. EHD Insurance is currently seeking a customer service minded Account Manager to join us in the Commercial department as a business Account Manager in Exton, PA.

What You Will Do

The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations between the insurance company and clients. This individual will work in collaboration with Account Executives to facilitate seamless transition of new accounts and will ensure the retention of the existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.

You Will Also

• Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients.
• Provide consistent, accurate, timely, and pertinent communication to clients.
• Respond to clients, resolve service issues, and retain clients with exceptional service
• Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes.
• Inform clients on developments/trends/legislation in relation to their risk management program.
• Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures, document electronic files accordingly.
• Analyze, negotiate and prepare carrier renewals.
• Pull and rate new and renewal policies from carrier websites.

What You Will Need

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Three or more years' experience as a Commercial Account Manager
• Proven customer service skills
• Willingness to travel to clients for presentations, prospect and carrier meetings
• Directs strategy and manage day-to-day functions for accounts
• Set priorities and manage daily workflow
• Knowledge of Applied Epic software an asset
