Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active SLP license (state-specific) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Skilled in collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to educational success

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Conduct therapy sessions individually and in small groups
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to address student needs and facilitate carryover into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Stay current on best practices and industry standards through ongoing professional development
