Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience working in schools, with pediatric clients, or in clinical settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement appropriate, evidence-based therapy plans for students in K-12 settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for collaborative team planning
• Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions, adapting methods as needed
