This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist seeking to work in a supportive school-based environment. As part of this highly valued role, you'll utilize your expertise with children and school-aged populations to foster growth and development throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a wide range of communication disorders
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement IEPs/goals tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, during school hours
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
• Provide support and guidance to school staff regarding communication and language needs in the classroom
