We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to help manage day-to-day financial operations and support accurate, timely reporting across our organization. What You’ll Do: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements on a monthly basis. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities and programs. Process payroll or coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Prepare financial reports and assist leadership with budget tracking and analysis. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices. Support audits, tax preparation, and work closely with external accountants/CPAs. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations. Strong understanding of GAAP principles and general accounting practices. Experience managing financials for multiple entities or business lines is a plus. CPA preferred, but not required. Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Excel. High level of attention to detail and organization. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
