What’s in it for you: We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the development and submission of proposals. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure all bid documents are complete, accurate, and submitted by deadline. What you will do: Coordinate the end-to-end bid and proposal process Track deadlines, requirements, and submission schedules Gather information from internal teams such as sales, engineering, finance, legal, and operations Draft, format, and edit proposal content Ensure submissions meet customer requirements and compliance standards Maintain bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentation Organize review meetings and follow up on action items Submit final bid packages through customer portals or required channels Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and lessons learned Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, sales support, or project coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and time management High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with CRM, document management, or bid portal systems is a plus Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $43,541.66 - $61,179.99 Compensation Type: Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
