Overview:

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-starter with strong closing ability who can generate new business, maintain client relationships, and contribute directly to company revenue. The ideal candidate is confident, competitive, and results-oriented.

Skills and Experience:

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
• Experience using or learning CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous sales or customer service experience strongly preferred (sales experience is a major plus)
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform basic to advanced math calculations (discounts, percentages, square footage, measurements, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers (phone and in-person)
• Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and online research
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and deadlines
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Identify customer buying trends and provide feedback/reporting to management
• Accurately enter, update, and manage CRM data for leads and opportunities
• Uphold company mission, values, and customer service standards

This role is best suited for candidates with prior sales experience or a strong background in customer-facing roles . Applicants must be comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales .
