This position will begin between the end of July and the first week of August 2026, following the school calendar.

SAGE Dining Services is looking for reliable Prep Cooks to join our team at a beautiful private school. As part of our team, you will prepare scratch-cooked meals that are exciting, nutritious, and sustainable. We offer continuous training to help you advance within our organization.

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.

Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile.

Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes.

Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.

Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP).

Assist in training new culinary Team Members.

Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.

Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.

Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.

Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.

Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
