Construction Sales Consultant

Job Opportunity At Bathing Brands

Bathing Brands is a well-established and growing organization in the sauna, steam, and experiential bathing space. We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between sales and construction someone who's just as comfortable working with customers as they are understanding how a project comes together.

This role works directly with homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients to design, quote, and guide custom bathing space projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Project Development

• Meet with customers to understand their space, goals, and budget
• Provide recommendations and customized solutions based on needs
• Prepare quotes and proposals using established pricing tools
• Convert approved quotes into project orders

Project Coordination

• Partner with construction and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates with customers
• Act as a point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Customer Experience

• Guide customers through design, product options, and build considerations
• Build trust through a consultative, solution-based approach
• Support follow-up and post-sale relationship building

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or trades
• Background in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles
• Ability to understand materials, project flow, and build considerations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
