Industrial Engineer - Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement

Job Summary:
- Analyze assembly lines and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities using Lean Principles .
- Improve productivity, capacity, quality, and process efficiency through time studies, line balancing, VSM, and Kaizen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Time Studies and Line Balancing .
- Conduct elemental breakdown and video time studies for stations and operators.
- Perform VA/NVA/RNVA analysis and Muri analysis.
- Develop current-state line balancing and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop Value Stream Maps (VSM) :
- Current State VSM
- Future State VSM
- Current vs. Future State comparison
- Perform capacity analysis and current-state baselining.
- Identify process/productivity improvement opportunities and create improvement roadmaps.
- Develop and update Standard Work Instructions and video work instructions.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, defects, and downtime.
- Support Corrective Actions, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Develop detailed implementation plans for improvements.
- Support fixture design based on manufacturing requirements.
