Job TitlePrincipal ResponsibilitiesMaintains the overall health and appearance of the customers' lawn & landscape by applying treatments at the proper time and proper rates to deliver the best results.Provides professional, prompt, and courteous customer serviceApplies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructionsPerforms seasonal aeration & overseeding using designated equipmentKeeps up to date on the company's product and service offeringsDrives a company vehicle safely to customer's homes and businessesMaintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenancePerforms daily DOT truck inspectionsCompletes required paperwork along with proper communicationMaintains company phone and any equipment associated with itAssists in maintaining cleanliness of facilityRepresents Killingsworth with honesty and integrityMaintains a professional appearanceDemonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a teamPerforms other related duties as requiredRequired Skills/AbilitiesGood oral and written communication skillsAble and willing to work in various weather conditionsAbility to operate lawn application equipment safely & effectivelyTechnical proficiency with computers, smartphones, etc.You must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredRequires 1 -3 years of experience in the lawn/landscape industrySC Ground Pesticide Applicator License is a plus but not requiredEOE
