Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open/close the store with little supervision. They ensure quality of food and beverages, maintain a safe and clean environment, and help deliver a great guest experience.
