Exciting New Customer Service Opportunity! Fantastic Team & Leadership! Long Term /Temp to Hire
Hybrid/ Remote - Candidate must reside in New Jersey due to the potential of a Hybrid work schedule change.
The successful candidate will bring a Great Team Spirit, Solid technical skills; Excel, Outlook, SAP A+, Pharmaceutical industry experience A+ and a willingness to learn and grow!
- Process orders received via phone, email, and fax from customers and sales representatives.
- Determine inventory availability and plan & coordinate product shipments based on customer priority and urgency.
- Respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries ranging from simple to complex, including requests for order status information on orders received via phone, email, fax, EDI, or Web.
- Research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failures, disputed invoices, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Process returns, credits, and debit adjustments
- Inform sales representatives of important issues affecting their accounts (credit holds, limited product availability, etc.)
- Coordinate paperwork and workflow associated with customer orders, special requests, and exceptions.
- Follow established policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of company products and services offered
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams
- Participate on projects and take ownership of special program areas within customer service as assigned.
- Required to have the ability to work from home remotely. Computer and phone equipment will be provided by the client (excluding internet access)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively via telephone & chat formats
- 2+ years of client service experience in a corporate setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word. EDI or SAP experience Preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and consistency
