Sr Principal, Executive Operations - Ads & Data Platforms

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Principal Executive Operations - Ads & Data Platforms to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment. Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $227,200 – $304,700 annually. Responsibilities Serve as trusted advisor to the EVP, advancing the Ad & Data Platforms organization Establish and run the operating model for the executive leadership team Prepare executive-level materials aligning roadmap, strategy, and capital allocation Act as primary liaison between leadership team and enterprise stakeholders for alignment Partner with leaders to define and execute Ad Platforms initiatives effectively Drive capital allocation processes targeting high-impact initiatives Support Long Range Planning, Annual Budgeting, and Quarterly Forecasting, collaborating with Finance Qualifications 12+ years in business operations or related field within tech organizations Experience supporting C-suite or EVP-level executives in strategic leadership roles Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels for effective execution Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across various organizations Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation Exceptional communication skills, capable of preparing materials for executive and Board-level audiences High degree of judgment, discretion, and integrity with sensitive matters Benefits Full range of medical and financial benefits offered Participation in a bonus and/or long-term incentive program Opportunity to work in a visible role within a prestigious company Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
