Operations Manager Management Sulphur Springs, TX, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 2011 The Operations Manager will ensure efficient processes and optimize the productivity of our teams. This role will oversee and refine business processes, manage day-to-day operational activities, and identifying areas for improvement across departments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, a focus on continuous improvement, and an ability to drive operational initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. A successful candidate must be able to: Oversee and optimize daily operational processes to support business objectives and improve productivity. Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational challenges. Manage and track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership. Coordinate resource allocation, timelines, and priorities to meet departmental goals. Support project management initiatives and ensure timely completion of operational projects. Monitor compliance with internal policies and support the development of best practices. Serve as a liaison between operations and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals. All other duties assigned. A successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and service teams to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery. Deep understanding of make-to-order and configure-to-order workflows common in ODM environments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business , Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end operations including order fulfillment, production planning, inventory control, and post-sales support Physical Requirements: This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work and other physical activities.
