Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Haltom City, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production-area access points, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required entry, exit, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed. Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, personnel, products, or property, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
