An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce· Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:· Lead and support assigned offices, programs, and service regions to ensure exceptional client outcomes and quality service delivery.· Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funding sources, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.· Mentor, develop, and support leadership staff to foster employee engagement, productivity, and professional growth.· Oversee quality management processes, audits, corrective action plans, and service improvement initiatives.· Monitor program performance, client satisfaction, service outcomes, and operational effectiveness across assigned regions.· Manage budgets, financial performance, revenue goals, expenditures, and overall fiscal health of assigned programs and offices.· Coordinate staffing strategies, recruitment efforts, onboarding activities, training initiatives, and performance management processes.· Ensure compliance with Department of Mental Health requirements, contractual obligations, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory standards.· Support referral development, community outreach, networking, marketing efforts, and strategic growth initiatives.· Participate in leadership meetings, strategic planning activities, grant oversight, and organizational committees as assigned.· Oversee electronic health records and program documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.· Respond effectively to routine and crisis situations while maintaining a focus on client safety and wellbeing.· Manage grant, contract, and reporting requirements, including budget monitoring, outcome tracking, renewals, and submissions.· Collaborate with all organizational service lines to promote integrated, client-centered service delivery.· Perform other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field preferred.· Five years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.· Basic knowledge of Missouri Department of Mental Health -
