, to play a key role in supporting core human resources and administrative functions.

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator, reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, to support onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative operations. The Human Resources Coordinator will build strong collaborative relationships, coordinate HR activities, and support the delivery of key HR programs and initiatives If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting people and processes, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and employee integration. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Manage employee services such as lockers, uniforms, parking, and access credentials. Provide administrative support to HR, including preparing correspondence, reports, and employee documentation. Administer HR systems and programs, including learning management, recruitment, and performance tracking. Coordinate training initiatives, external courses, and employee development activities. Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. Manage disability claims, return-to-work (RTW) plans, and workplace accommodations. Administer employee pension and benefits programs, ensuring accurate processing and timely support for employee inquiries. Assist with HR projects, reporting, and compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or human resources role. 2+ years of advanced experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office 360/Excel or similar software. 2+ years of experience demonstrating strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 2+ years of experience in a role that required exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. 2+ years of experience handling confidential information with a high level of discretion. 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Previous experience coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes and employee programs is a strong asset. Ability to work with others at all levels of the organization. Additional Information: Work Schedule: 100% onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm Work Location: 1111 Winpak Way, Sauk Village, IL 60411 Rare occasional availability for Employee Events to support 24/7 Plant 6-month Contract- Target start ASAP Compensation: The compensation range provided is a general guideline only. Compensation range $25.00/hr -$30.00/hr. Pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience and expertise and is subject to vary. Winpak’s vision
