Demand Generation Specialist

To drive measurable business growth, the full-time remote Demand Generation Specialist will manage end-to-end demand generation initiatives, including campaign strategy, lead nurturing, and sales alignment, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Build, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including paid and organic strategies Map customer journeys and create automated email workflows to nurture leads and facilitate sales conversions Own lead scoring models and lifecycle management to ensure timely routing of leads to the sales team Required qualifications 4 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or campaign management Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and experience aligning marketing strategies with sales goals Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and attribution to demonstrate the impact of marketing on revenue
