YouTube Channel Specialist

Seeking a hands-on, platform-savvy YouTube Channel Specialist on a temporary contract basis, this remote role will manage day-to-day channel operations, including content uploads, metadata optimization, and community moderation while ensuring adherence to established workflows. Key Responsibilities Monitor and moderate YouTube comments, maintaining community standards and channel settings Upload and publish videos while collaborating with content and SEO teams to enhance discoverability Evaluate video performance and implement data-driven recommendations for optimization Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of hands-on YouTube channel management experience Deep working knowledge of the YouTube platform and its algorithm Strong understanding of organic YouTube SEO principles and AEO Experience with YouTube optimization tools such as TubeBuddy or VidIQ Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment
