Remote CFO — Global Health Finance & Strategy Leader

MCD Global Health

MCD Global Health is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to scale financial operations and strengthen internal controls across a growing organization. The CFO reports to the President & CEO and serves on the Executive Leadership Team.

The CFO will ensure fiduciary and regulatory compliance and lead a seven‑person finance team. The role covers long‑term planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and grant management, with travel up to 10% and potential hybrid arrangements for eligible
